Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (PMGDISHA ) to extend digital
literacy to six crore rural households on 8 Feb. The allocated budget for one
of the largest digital literacy programmes in the world is ?2,351.38 cr. The
project is targeted to be completed by Mar 2019 . To ensure
